Carteret Die Casting produces castings in sizes ranging from 1/10 of a gram up to 4 pounds. Both conventional and multi-slide machines are available.

Process Description

Molten zinc is injected under high pressure into a closed single or multiple cavity automated die. Parts are removed from the runner/gate via tumble, punch press, or machining.
